Keepr Terms of Service

About these terms

These terms govern your use of Keepr, operated by SeeYouThen, Inc., through its website, applications and supported connected integrations. By accepting these terms through the applicable account or service flow, you agree to them. If you use Keepr for an organization, you must have authority to act for that organization. Acceptance of these terms is separate from authorizing read or write access through a connected integration.

Your account and access

Provide accurate account information, protect your account and use only accounts and records you are authorized to access. You are responsible for activity you authorize, including permissions given to connected services. Tell us at support@keeprhome.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

Your records

You retain your rights in records and content you provide. You grant Keepr the permissions needed to host, process, display and exchange that content to provide the service and fulfill your authorized requests. You must have the rights and authority needed to provide content and share information about other people. Our Privacy Policy describes how personal information is handled.

Connected AI services

You choose whether to connect a supported AI service and which available permissions to authorize. Read access permits retrieval of authorized Keepr context. Write access permits supported changes, subject to account permissions, record ownership and any required operation-specific approval.

Disconnecting agent access stops future access through that connection. It does not delete Keepr records, reverse saved changes or erase information already shared with another service.

A connected service is operated independently and is subject to its own terms, availability, account requirements and data practices. Keepr does not guarantee that every Keepr function is available through every integration. Available tools and permissions define what the connection can do.

Access for OEMs, dealers, builders, realtors, suppliers and KeeprPros follows existing roles, assignments and sharing permissions. Connecting ChatGPT grants no additional organizational authority.

Records, AI output and real-world decisions

Ownership records may include information reported by owners, providers, manufacturers or external sources. AI output may be incomplete or inaccurate. Check important facts against source documents and qualified providers before relying on them.

A Plan, Action or saved note does not by itself constitute a provider’s acceptance, a booked appointment, a purchase, a payment or a completed service. Those events require the relevant real-world confirmation or a specifically supported and authorized transaction. Keepr’s records and AI assistance do not replace manufacturer instructions or qualified professional advice.

Acceptable use

• Use Keepr lawfully and only within your authority.
• Do not access another owner’s records without permission, bypass access controls or misuse another person’s identity.
• Do not upload malicious material, disrupt the service or use it to infringe rights.
• Do not send passwords, verification codes or other authentication secrets through ordinary chat or support messages.

Plans, charges and third-party services

Any paid Keepr plan is governed by the price, billing period, renewal, cancellation and refund terms disclosed at purchase and any applicable store rules. These terms do not initiate a purchase or authorize spending. Your connected AI service may have its own account or subscription requirements.

Apple’s applicable license terms continue to govern the Apple-distributed application where applicable. They do not substitute for these terms governing Keepr’s service and connected integrations. Mandatory consumer rights and applicable store terms are preserved.

Availability, suspension and ending use

We may change supported functionality and take proportionate steps to address security risks, unlawful use or violations of these terms. We will provide notice where required by law.

Deactivation pauses your Keepr account; it does not delete your information.

Account deletion must currently be requested through support@keeprhome.com. After verifying your identity, we will review your request and explain the deletion process, expected timing and any required retention.

Account deletion must not automatically delete assets, systems or their continuity history. We review ownership and authorized relationships separately from the departing account’s personal information. Private documents and identifying information require individual review; preserving an asset’s history does not authorize retaining all personal information or granting additional access.

Service limitations and your rights

To the extent allowed by applicable law, Keepr and its informational outputs are provided as available, without a guarantee of uninterrupted operation, completeness or fitness for a particular purpose. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.
